We are pleased to announce the release of our first Fine Netsuke & Sagemono catalog of the year, featuring 369 lots. This catalog boasts a remarkable selection of netsuke and sagemono from various periods of Japanese history, showcasing the finest craftsmanship and artistry of their time.
 
Among the highlights are nine items from the ex-collection of Joe Kurstin, one of the most respected netsuke collectors in history. Also of note are several superb Tanba & Nagoya School wood netsuke, and important pieces like lot 186, a large ivory netsuke by Ikkosai, and lot 320, an enormous stag antler-inlaid lacquer four case inro by Kajikawa Kyujiro.
